What Happens During a Reading with Jay

A private reading with Jay is a quiet, one-on-one conversation where messages from Spirit come through naturally as the session unfolds.

Often, messages begin with meaningful details — names, memories, personality traits, or numbers connected to important dates. These details help confirm that the message is meant for the person receiving it.

From there, Jay shares what she’s receiving as the reading unfolds. Some messages bring comfort from loved ones who have passed. Others offer insight into situations people are currently navigating.

Every reading is different, but the intention is always the same: to share what comes through with honesty, warmth, and respect.

Sessions typically last 30 or 60 minutes
